痛いニュースの訳だとちょっとニュアンスが違うかな。
そもそもレクサスがSir Paulにgiftを送るとオファーした。 Sir Paulはそれならば、ということで環境に優しいハイブリッドリムジン（レクサスで一番高いやつですが）を注文した。
そしてトヨタは（おそらく待たせちゃいけない！と超特急便として）空輸。日頃環境保護活動をしているSir Paulはそれを知り激怒。
Sir Paulの落ち度はないなこりゃ。別に欲しくて買った訳じゃないし。
